We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing and managing our Salesforce platform. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, capable of designing scalable best practice solutions, managing user support, and optimizing the overall user experience. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of user management, platform maintenance, data quality improvement, and change management. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical information into accessible terms and ensuring that platform changes align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
> Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and licenses. Provide user support and training to improve adoption and satisfaction.
> Perform system configurations and customizations, including workflows, Flows, Process Builder, page layouts, and reports. Manage sandbox environments and system deployments.
> Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and optimize platform features.
> Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data management, validation rules, and automation processes. Conduct system maintenance and security reviews.
> Communicate platform updates to users and stakeholders. Develop and deliver training sessions and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
> Create and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing analytics and performance tracking. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
> Develop and maintain a platform roadmap aligned with business goals. Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
> Perform additional tasks and support other departments as needed to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
> Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with both Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning.
> Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and features, including workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and other automation tools.
> Salesforce Administrator Certification.
> Proficiency in Excel and Office 365.
> Experience in change management and governance.
> Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
> Proven ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and design scalable, best practice solutions.
> Strong experience in user training and support, as well as technical documentation.
> Experience with database management (TSQL, MySQL) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
> Amenable to work Monday – Friday either 8 AM – 12 PM OR 1 PM – 5 PM PST (US/Canada)
Preferred Qualifications:
> Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics report development and maintenance.
> Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
> Experience working with integrated applications such as HubSpot, Phoneburner, Elevate UC, CoStar,
> A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
