Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
Post and moderate content on social media marketplaces.
Engage with potential customers via social media, responding to inquiries and comments.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement and sales.
Analyze social media market trends, targeting options, ad formats, and performance metrics.
Optimize bids and audience targeting to maximize results.
Provide customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Work closely with the team to implement data-driven marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English & Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong background in sales, marketing, or digital advertising.
Experience in social media marketplace management.
Knowledge of data entry and customer service best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and campaign tracking.
Ability to work from 9 AM – 6 PM CST.
