We are seeking a Sales Executive with strong sales expertise and administrative support to assist with various sales and admin tasks for our U.S.-based cleaning business client.
Responsibilities:
•Handle inbound sales calls
•Confidently engage with leads, demonstrating expertise and maintaining a consistently high close rate
•Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations
•Manage general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Ideal Candidate:
•The right person for this role has excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in tools like MS Excel and office equipment. Experience as a Sales Executive, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary is preferred.
•While industry experience is a plus, it’s not required—confidence and adaptability are key.

Requirements:

•Assist in scheduling appointments and site visits

•Serve as the first point of contact for customers

•Update client information, process orders, and manage records
•Collaborate with different departments to support business operations
•Take on additional administrative tasks as needed
•Manage and track incoming leads within the sales pipeline/funnel
•Assist in recruiting U.S. staff, managing job listings, reviewing applicants, and supporting the onboarding process
•Oversee and maintain the company’s social media pages
Benefits:
•Salary: $5.00 USD per hour (Around $800 per month)
•Performance-based bonuses
•Work hours: 5-6 hours per day at employer’s discretion
