We're Euphoria Tech, a Delaware-based startup company that provides staffing services to help growing companies to fill out their vacancies.
Responsibilities:
- Build effective marketing strategy and setup sales funnels to get clients.
- Participate in meetings with clients to present our services.
- Manage customer relationships, and ensure our clients fulfill their needs through our services.
- Collaborate with recruiters to fill out job positions requested by our clients.
- Contribute to a training program for new hires, mentor less-experienced colleagues.
Requirements:
- Native English proficiency (must be native level)
- 2+ years of experience as a sales/account manager
- 6+ months of experience as a sales/account manager while targeting US-based clients (bonus)
- 6+ months of experience as a recruiter (bonus)
- Full-time availability (NO part-time)
- Full overlap with the US eastern/central time zone, as we're US-based.

Interview Process:
- English proficiency assessment
It's a video assessment(NOT a meeting) that you can take from home. You'll need to answer 2 - 3 questions in English.
- Behavioral interview with a co-founder
It's an 1-hour video interview, where you can learn more about our company.
