Sales worker in Gaming company

Hello! We are gaming sales company that sells in-game currencies / services
Currently looking for a passionate freelancing sales worker who can communicate well and sell our products to potential clients

Responsibilites

- Present, promote, and sell our products and services to potential customers
- Communicate with a confident, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers to ensure future sales.
- Manage large amounts of incoming messages with speed and proficiency on our currently used platforms.
- Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on customer orders as needed.
- Maintain an accurate record of stock, sales, and supplier database.
- Handle customer’s complaints and expedite the resolution of their problems to maximize satisfaction.


Requirements

- Full home office setup
- Fluent English skill especially in typing
- Excellent negotiation, selling, and communication abilities.
- Previous sales experience
Existing knowledge or experience with live chat and any game market in which we participate, such as
PlayerAuctions, EldoradoGG, G2G
- be able to work 8 hours per day on the graveyard time (11PM-7AM) and 6days per week


Salary
Starting from 20,000PHP/mo + incentive
