Job Description

We are seeking highly experienced Sales & Administrative Support Specialists with a minimum of 10 years in the field to handle a variety of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who are proactive, organised, and passionate about contributing to a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:
• Minimum 500 dials per shift
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Understand businesses well

Administrative Support:
• Uploading & downloading files
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Coordinate with other departments
• Perform general office duties as needed.

Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or administrative roles.
• Excellent English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is essential.
• Preferably British Accent: Ability to communicate clearly with a British accent is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.

4. Paid Trial Period: Participate in a 3-day trial period where you’ll compete alongside 10-12 final applicants to demonstrate your capabilities in real-time tasks.
