Position Overview
The Truth Capital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tax Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals and businesses who require tax filing services into satisfied clients. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, has a strong understanding of tax services, and is passionate about helping clients meet their financial and compliance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach and Engagement
Proactively contact leads through phone,
Educate potential clients on The Truth Capital’s tax services, highlighting the benefits and solutions we provide.
Sales Execution
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for tax filing service enrollments.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our tax filing team.
Consultative Selling
Assess individual and business clients’ financial and tax situations to recommend tailored solutions.
Build trust and rapport to encourage long-term client relationships.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and effective service delivery.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales performance reports.
Client Advocacy
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing questions or concerns regarding tax filing services.
Promote client satisfaction by ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or tax preparation.
Strong knowledge of tax filing processes, compliance requirements, and related services.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
