- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of Junk Lift Pro.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in lead generation and customer conversion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Go High Level, to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a hunger for personal and professional growth.
- Availability to work part-time hours initially, with the potential for increased hours and commission-based compensation based on performance.
- Previous experience in the construction or waste management industry is a plus, but not required.
