JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to optimize our sales processes, drive efficiency, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HubSpot, a deep understanding of sales operations, and the ability to analyze data to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Optimization
Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
Create, customize, and optimize sales pipelines, deal stages, and workflows.
Develop and implement automation strategies to improve lead management and sales efficiency.
Sales Process & Enablement
Streamline and document sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure they are leveraging HubSpot to its full potential.
Provide support for sales reps on HubSpot best practices and tools.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
Monitor pipeline health, sales cycle trends, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in forecasting and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align sales operations with company objectives.
Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., email automation, customer support platforms, etc.).
Support lead management and handoff processes between marketing and sales.
Process Automation & Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in sales operations and implement automation solutions.
Maintain and improve lead routing, scoring, and segmentation processes.
Optimize email sequences, templates, and communication workflows in HubSpot.
