Call Hero are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Retention Specialist – Virtual Assistant to support our physiotherapy and rehab clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient engagement through reactivation calls, retention activities, and administrative tasks. You will also serve as a backup for phone coverage, assist with quality assurance, gather key metrics, and manage outreach for promotions, reviews, and outstanding accounts. Your work will help ensure exceptional service, improved retention rates, and a seamless experience for our patients.

Qualifications:
> Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or patient relations (healthcare background preferred).
> Prefer candidates with high energy, strong communication skills, enthusiastic and an outgoing personality
> Strong English communication skills with clarity in speech.
> Comfortable making 100+ calls per day, with a proven track record of success in sales or lead generation.
> Skilled in cold calling, reactivating past clients, and handling objections from resistant customers.
> Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, and their benefits is a plus.
> Knowledge of CRM tools, scheduling software, MS Office, or Google Workspace is preferred.
> Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
> Passionate about health and wellness, empathetic, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
> Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to challenges with a resourceful approach.
Responsibilities:
> Contact former patients to encourage treatment resumption.
> Follow up with patients who missed appointments or stopped treatments.
> Educate patients on the importance of completing their treatment plans.
> Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling, treatment, and payments.
> Maintain accurate patient records and clinic performance metrics.
> Conduct patient surveys and gather feedback for quality improvement.
> Promote clinic packages, request Google reviews, and manage accounts receivables.
