We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales strategy of our short-term rental business. You will play a pivotal role in managing property bookings, optimising revenue, enhancing guest relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across all platforms and tea
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties across platforms such as Airbnb,
Coordinate and communicate effectively with tea
Maintain organised documentation and process workflows using Notion and Google Drive.
Use Uplisting to manage bookings, automate guest communication, and handle inquiries promptly.
Ensure all properties meet guest expectations, from check-in to check-out, by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams.
Sales and Revenue Optimisation
Use Wheelhouse to monitor and optimise pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
Track market trends and implement competitive pricing adjustments to stay ahead in the market.
Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to guests.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve listing performance and enhance occupancy rates.
Guest Relations and Communication
Develop and nurture positive relationships with guests, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat bookings.
Handle
Act as a point of escalation for complex guest inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Reporting and Analysis
Monitor performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue per available night, and guest satisfaction.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and guest feedback.
Identify trends and opportunities to enhance operations and increase revenue.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales, operations, or property management, preferably in short-term rentals or hospitality.
Proficiency in using tools like Slack, Notion, Uplisting, Airbnb,
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and platforms efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term guest relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
