Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and driven Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will assist with developing marketing strategies, managing customer relations, and supporting sales initiatives, all while working within Central Standard Time (CST) business hours to ensure alignment with our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote our services.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to foster strong relationships and develop sales opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
• Support the sales team by generating leads and organizing sales data.
• Prepare promotional materials and presentations to aid in the selling process.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to persuade and close deals.
• Experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing software, and basic graphic design tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
