Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Reports To: Founders of the Company
Department: Operations
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Mondays-Fridays
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our company. This role ensures the marketing and sales activities achieve our sales goals and align with company objectives. The Sales and Marketing Manager will directly oversee key personnel, drive our advertising and sales efforts, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalated issues, and ensure successful execution. This is a hands-on role especially related to the marketing and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee sales team, marketing vendors/contractors, internal marketing support team as needed.
2. Regularly analyze KPIs to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Solid understanding of what is working.
3. Provide leadership and direction to ensure sales objectives are met and we have alignment with company goals.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing team/vendors to streamline.
5. Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and enhance results.
6. Review progress on departmental objectives and share updates on company goals.
7. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving.
8. Identify and address potential risks in sales and marketing and manage legal and operational risks and potential liabilities.
9. Develop and enforce protocols to minimize exposure to risks.
10. Able to do special projects and any other tasks that could help improve the company.
Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management or a similar leadership role.
2. Has strong understanding of KPI analysis and performance improvement.
3. Has exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
5. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in running digital ad campaigns and marketing and sales execution.
