JOB OVERVIEW

As a Sales and Marketing Executive - Lead Generation and Outreach, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and email marketing. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and marketing, a quick learner who is adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement.
Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Email
Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately and follow-up actions are taken.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, providing insights to the sales and marketing team.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics such as call volume, email open rates, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing. Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.
Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and other sales and marketing tools.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve common goals.
