Job Title: Remote Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Remote

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM EST (1-hour break from 11 AM - 12 PM EST)

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content to boost our online presence.
- Client Follow-Up: Begin contacting leads throughout the week starting at 8 AM EST. Follow up with potential clients via calls and messages to convert leads into appointments and close deals.
- Lead Management: Maintain a weekly follow-up schedule with assigned leads to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Serve as a sales representative or appointment setter, assisting in closing high-ticket deals over the phone.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide executive assistant support, including reception duties and team coordination.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or social media management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM EST.
