We're Hiring: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

- Fully Remote | Work-from-Home | Full-Time | Follows CST (Central Standard Time)

Consultare Inc. Group (CIG) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a fully remote position, and applicants must be available to work full-time hours aligned with CST (Central Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Coordinate between departments to align marketing activities with sales goals
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems (CRM) with accurate records
- Draft and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications
- Generate reports and insights based on campaign performance and lead metrics
- Support the sales team with scheduling, proposal formatting, and pitch preparation
- Help manage the company’s social media calendar and assist in content execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination or marketing support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), Canva, and email platforms like Mailchimp
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
-Must be comfortable working remotely and independently during CST business hours

Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):

- Experience in B2B marketing or supporting sales teams in a remote setup
- Familiarity with basic graphic design or content tools
- Understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, or basic analytics
