As a Sales and Marketing professional, you will support the Sales and Marketing team in driving business growth and improving the company's market position. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between these teams, assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies, and generating leads to achieve sales targets. You will manage multiple tasks related to research, customer engagement, and administrative functions, all of which contribute to enhancing the company's visibility and revenue.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Support the creation and management of online and offline marketing materials (e.g., brochures,
Help manage and update social media accounts by creating content, posting regularly, and engaging with followers.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts through performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Research potential markets and clients, identifying opportunities for new business.
Assist in generating leads through cold outreach,
Manage and maintain an updated customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client reports to support the sales team’s efforts.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Assist in analyzing customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to help adjust marketing strategies and sales approaches.
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and develop reports to keep the team informed of industry shifts.
Event Coordination:
Assist in the organization and promotion of marketing events such as product launches, webinars, and trade shows.
Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring proper setup, marketing materials, and follow-up with attendees.
Represent the company at trade shows and networking events as needed, promoting the brand and generating leads.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content for digital marketing channels, including blog posts,
Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity and alignment with the brand's voice.
Assist in producing graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Administrative & Reporting:
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling reports.
Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports.
Handle data entry tasks related to sales and marketing performance, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
Customer Engagement:
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to improve satisfaction and retention rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Digital Marketing Assistance:
Support digital marketing activities including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and
Monitor digital ad performance and assist in adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer service, and operations to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are aligned with overall company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent;
With at least 2-4 years of work experience as a Sales, Marketing or Admin Assistant preferably from a service company.
Proven work experience in Sales principles and 3 Ps in Marketing.
Highly creative and think out of the box.
Experience in improving product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and research, marketing, promotional and branding activities.
With good moral and written communication skills.
With high interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel & PowerPoint presentations.
Experience in using Asana, Notion is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and can work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational prowess and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in events planning and customer experiences for clients is a plus.
Job Offer:
$ 4-6/hour
Full-time position, with up to 28-40 hours per week.
Works 5 days a week (at least 6-8 hours per day or more)

Working hours are based on US Eastern Time (Georgia) from 9:00 AM to onwards
