**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting thorough lead generation, including researching, tracking, and updating leads.
- Contacting and qualifying leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Efficiently managing the prospect/client pipeline and maintaining a database of leads.
- Analyzing lead generation metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Executing direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
- Managing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Conducting customer research and client or market surveys.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
- Providing accurate and timely information to the leadership team.
- Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to enhance the sales process.

**Qualifications:**
- Advanced/native-level English skills, both written and spoken.
- Passion for education and making a difference.
- Proficiency in ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and honesty.
- Experience in cold calling is beneficial.

**Work Hours and Location:**
- Full-time position, working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM EST.
