JOB OVERVIEW

Are you skilled in finding leads, building relationships, and closing deals? Do you thrive on turning prospects into loyal clients? We’re looking for someone with a passion for lead generation and sales to help scale our growing content creation business.

This role focuses on lead generation, cold outreach, and sales conversion, with the opportunity to contribute to revenue growth by developing packages and services that meet client needs. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:

Research and identify potential clients in B2B and B2C markets (e.g., entrepreneurs, realtors, small business owners, content creators).
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms to generate interest in our services.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
Sales Conversion:

Follow up with warm leads from ads, inquiries, and previous clients.
Convert leads into bookings through professional and persuasive communication.
Upsell additional services, such as advanced editing, on-site recordings, and clip packages.
Strategic Revenue Growth:

Assist in brainstorming and developing new service packages to meet client needs.
Identify opportunities to increase average booking values through creative bundling of services.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve outreach and sales processes.
CRM Management:

Manage and update lead details in the company’s CRM system (e.g., ActiveCampaign or similar).
Track outreach efforts, responses, and conversions to measure effectiveness.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email platforms).

Monthly Base Salary:

Intermediate: $550 - $750 USD/month
Expert: $750 - $1,000 USD/month
Performance Bonuses:

Additional incentives for upselling high-value packages.
