JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling email correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing live chat support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
* Manage live chat support, assisting customers with their questions and concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
