Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and nurture prospective clients.
- Present our services in a clear and engaging way that resonates with customer needs.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Build relationships with clients through empathetic yet confident communication.
- Proactively scheduling/confirming cleaning appointments with our clients.
- Maintain and update client records, process orders, and manage other administrative tasks as needed.
- Oversee the company’s social media pages and respond to customer inquiries across all platforms.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant role, or in a similar position.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Appointment Setting/Cold Calling role, targeting English speaking clients/customers. Local selling experience will not be considered.
- At least 3 years of experience in an inbound customer service setup answering phone inquiries from US clients/customers.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (there must be no regional accents).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Extensive experience and ability to effectively handle customer inquiries via phone/email/chat.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Knowledgeable of the General Administrative (non-voice) duties VAs usually do such as company’s calendar management,
- Confidence in selling and handling client interactions via phone.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Confidence in answering inbound calls and conducting outbound calls.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Able to efficiently and timely multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the initiative to take on new tasks

- With experience in Cleaning Business preferred but not required
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
- Experienced in using appointment-scheduling software and related tools
- Experience in basic bookkeeping or finance-related tasks.
- Experience in graphic designing via Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
