Operations:
Maintain contact with guests to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and upsell the direct booking website.
Oversee the marketing of the properties, including updating listings and comparable research for new amenities.
Responsible for leasing operations, including tenant relations, set lease pricing, coordinating & scheduling viewings
Manage and update data through CRM systems with accurate lead information and sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Other administrative duties:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, organizing company records, and handling correspondence.
Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and events.
Provide support to management and other staff members as needed.
Coordinate with the team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Stable & Fast Internet Connection
Experience in Sales or Customer Service is a plus but not required
Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication Skills
Computer Literacy
