Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking a proactive Sales VA with a strong background in copywriting, sales strategy, and administration. This role is focused on generating leads, developing sales strategies, and supporting daily operations, making it ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads, maintain a consistent pipeline, and build relationships through strategic outreach.
Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the business owner to brainstorm and execute strategies that drive conversions and boost revenue.
Copywriting: Develop compelling sales scripts, promotional content, and web copy that resonates with target audiences, encouraging engagement and conversion.
Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as scheduling, document organization, report preparation, and CRM updates (using Notion) to streamline processes.
Adaptability: Willingness to contribute to various sales-focused business lines as needs evolve.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Time Commitment: Minimum of 20 hours per week.
Compensation: 6 AUD per hour.
Working Hours: Ideally during Sydney daytime hours.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating engaging and persuasive content.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Sales and Admin Experience: Experience in sales support, administrative tasks, and copywriting. Familiarity with CRM tools like Notion is a plus.
Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Australian culture is preferred to facilitate interactions with clients and team members.
