Sales VA - No Cold Calling

I'm looking to hire a sales VA who has experience in inbox management on cold email. All you need for this job is competence, ability to learn, and great written English. Preferable if you've done cold email before and know how to respond to people naturally (you need to sound american). Pay is $400-$600 USD a month dependent on experience.
