Sales Trainer

American Company Looking for a Appointment Setter / Salesperson

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our team of Filipino VA's.

The company has been in business for over 20 years and is looking for long-term stable workers to help in our team.

You will be working through live chat and telephone/zoom calls. So excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.

We need someone that is a real go getter, someone with a strong personality that will come in here and take charge of training. Main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
1. Create onboarding training for the sales staff
2. Organize a lot of training materials that we have
3. Create courses out of training videos (we have over 200 training videos)
4. After being very familiar with all our sales material due to working with it, you would continually train and drill the staff
5. Do demos and sales calls when we have overflow - when the regular sales reps have too many leads

Requirements:
1. Reliable high speed Internet service.
2. Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.
3. Strong experience in sales and very skilled in creating courses (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!)
4. Competent teaching experience.
5. Ability to work during Pacific Time (our office is based in California in the USA)
6. Quiet work space is a must.
7. Must have strong work ethic and be willing to do a high volume of chats and phone/zoom calls, if needed.
8. Must have some knowledge of digital marketing. You will be working and interacting with digital marketers and knowing the terminology will be helpful.

We are looking for exceptional people that have extremely good English speaking skills. someone who feels at home with and understands the nuances of the English language. Your English needs to be perfect in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills.

We also want someone who can think on their feet and has a high aptitude for understanding and following instructions. We need dependable employees who consistently work hard.

We offer great pay and performance-based bonuses. The successful candidate can make bonuses from sales calls/demos, as well as bonuses and incentives from helping sales reps with their prospects.

This position is open for immediate hire. We do not have a long hiring process. As long as you qualify, you can get hired immediately.
