We are an online education company providing expert-led courses and certifications. We're start up and looking for a Sales & Tech Operations Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and can juggle cold calling, technical tasks, executive support and light video editing.
Job Summary:
This is a hybrid role combining sales outreach, technical support, video editing, and executive assistance. You’ll be at the heart of both student success and business growth, helping run day-to-day operations while supporting the CEO directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 50-100 cold calls per day to potential students and clients (leads provided)
Conduct
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and follow up calls.
Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents (Sales Documents).
Maintaining call lists.
Provide student support: login issues, enrollment help, and general inquiries
Manage and update content on WordPress, LearnDash, Paid Memberships Pro, and related tools
Coordinate and schedule Zoom calls for each course; upload recordings to the platform
Assist with editing and repurposing Zoom recordings or other video content (basic trimming, captions, etc.)
Support the CEO with operational tasks, communication, and scheduling
Escalate advanced technical or student issues to the appropriate tea
Required Skills & Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Positive attitude and self motivator and learner
1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales
Strong communication and people skills
Basic video editing skills (e.g. trimming Zoom recordings, adding intros/outros, captions)
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Competency in WordPress, Social Media platforms –
Experience with
Familiarity with Canva, basic graphic editing, or social media tools
Previous experience supporting a business owner, coach, or online education brand
Microsoft Office ( PPT, Word, Excel )
Easy to adapt to softwares
