As we expand our reach into Montana, California, New York, and New Jersey, we are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with proven experience in generating and nurturing leads, closing new clients, and building lasting relationships. This person will be responsible for meeting a monthly target of closing a minimum of 50 clients and will be instrumental in expanding our client base in Montana, California, New York, and New Jersey. You will be working with a team and helping to make cold calls and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients in the targeted regions.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement, building trust and demonstrating the value of Redwood Cleaning Company’s services.
Meet or exceed the target of closing a minimum of 50 clients per month.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that attract and engage prospects.
Track and report sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities in the regions.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly in lead generation, nurturing, and closing deals.
Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Must be able to communicate verbally and orally in English
