Lead Our Team as a Sales Team Leader!
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader with a passion for building and motivating high-performing teams. With a background in structured environments like telecommunications, you’ll thrive in this dynamic role managing our chat sales operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Motivate and Lead: Inspire a team of chat sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities and boost revenue.
- Monitor and Improve: Analyze performance data and refine processes for better outcomes.
- Coach and Develop: Provide training and support to enhance individual and team productivity.
- Client Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, operations, and other teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain Compliance: Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Shift Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week.
- Must be able to manage a demanding schedule while maintaining a high level of performance and focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Non-Negotiables:
- Telecommunications Experience: At least 3+ years in a leadership role in structured, performance-driven industries like telecommunications.
- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, preferably in chat-based sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively guide, mentor, and motivate tea
- Adaptability and Resilience: Thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining discipline and focus.
Technical Requirements:
- A computer with at least an Intel i5 processor and 16GB of RAM.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
- Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, WhatsApp, and chat platforms.
Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong leadership skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
