Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Support Virtual Assistant to assist a fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping sales closers with onboarding, and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. If you are a fast learner, a problem-solver, and have excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales closers by sending agreements,
Merge and update contact details to ensure data accuracy.
Track and record time-off requests while ensuring accountability.
Audit End Of Call (EOC) reports to confirm the accuracy of lead information and call results.
Provide prompt responses to sales closers needing assistance with enrollments.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Clear English communication (both written and spoken).
Ability to quickly pick out discrepancies in reports.
Reliable and fast in responding to requests.

Working Hours:
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Shifts: 8 AM - 12 PM EDT (1-hour break) 1 PM - 3 PM EDT OR 11 AM - 2 PM EDT (1-hour break) 3 PM - 6 PM EDT.
Graveyard Shift (US Timezone).

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant specializing in LinkedIn lead generation and nurturing. In this role, you will focus on managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conducting outreach, and converting leads into scheduled exploration calls. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to engage prospects effectively are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and nurture leads professionally.
Manage direct communication with prospects, ensuring excellent English communication skills.
Schedule exploration calls and maintain an organized pipeline.
Utilize custom GPT AI tools for outreach efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of leads and activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and customer outreach.
