JOB OVERVIEW

Objectives

The primary objectives of this role are to:

- Maximize sales team productivity (sales enablement team, strategic account managers, and territory managers)
- Effectively communicate team successes to manufacturers, resellers, and internal team

Responsibilities

Reporting Structure: Works collaboratively with all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, reporting to Director of Sales or Director of Sales Enablement

This role supports sales, sales enablement (administrative), and marketing functions, including:

Sales Support

- Process basic product quotes in collaboration with resellers and territory managers

Data Entry

- Perform data entry tasks, focusing on merchandising resellers
- Input data into the Sales & Commission database for Partner
- Update CRM as directed
- Assist with Bond Finder analysis and lead generation for sales team, working with Gina Sinner

Reporting

- Download and distribute daily/weekly Amazon reports to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Organize and distribute analytics and insights reports

Sales Enablement Team/Administrative Support

PIM System

- Collaborate with cross-functional team to support internal Product Information Management System
- Update product images and other assets in PIM system
- Maintain system updates and outputs
- Support Creative Service & Sales Enablement team with project management (click-up)
- Enhance merchandise placement effectiveness through reseller content management and scorecard reviews
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Reseller Merchandising

- Set up new items for wholesale and merchandise resellers (e.g., Essendant, SPR)
- Manage content updates
- Complete forms for resellers (Grainger)

Scorecards

- Track and report multiple reseller scorecard results to Strategic Account Manager & Manufacturer
- Execute wholesaler scorecard-related tasks
- Support management-directed projects
- Manage notes and action steps from strategic meetings with resellers/manufacturers, utilizing AI assistance

Marketing & Communications

- Schedule and post social media content
- Manage outreach email campaigns, including follow-up and tracking

Required Skills and Proficiencies

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint
- Reliable and high-speed internet connectivity
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and PIM platforms is desirable
