Sales Support Representative

We're looking for a proactive and high level sales support representative for our US based sauna business.

We have a small team of killers, and are looking to bring on a high performing sales/customer service expert to lead that side of the business.

You will primarily be speaking with customers over the phone, and strong English is required.

Our customer avatar is US based men and women aged 40-70 purchasing saunas for health and relaxation.

Strong English with little to no accent required.

Previous experience in customer service required.

We need someone who can think of themself as head of post-purchase communication, not just as a customer service rep.

We currently hover around ~150k/m, and are looking to scale to 300k/m+ soon.

High performer with great problem solving ability needed. The job is handling out current customers post purchase, and letting our sales team focus on bringing in new customers.
