Sales Support & Design Coordinator

We are seeking a Technical Sales & Design Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, quoting, and customer support, while also providing CAD/Revit design services for custom projects. This role requires a highly organized individual with technical proficiency, who can manage multiple tasks, including data entry into our ERP system, producing accurate technical drawings, and supporting various administrative functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Process customer orders and quotes in the ERP system.
* Customer Support: Communicate with clients to clarify order details and ensure accuracy.
* CAD/Revit Design: Create and modify technical drawings for custom door frames and cavity sliding systems.
* Quoting: Assist in preparing accurate quotes based on customer specifications.
* ERP Data Entry: Input order details into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
* General Support: Assist with other administrative tasks, including report generation, tracking orders, and responding to inquiries.

Experience with CAD/Revit software.
* Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Knowledge of the construction industry and terminology.
* Experience with ERP systems or similar order management tools is a plus.
* Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
* Customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
* Reliable internet connection and a home office setup suitable for remote work.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
