JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Admin with a strong background in social media management and leads follow-up. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing daily operations, engaging with prospects through social media channels, and ensuring timely follow-up on all leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing CRM data, and coordinating sales activities.
Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and customer information in a timely manner.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales events, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
Leads Management:
Monitor and manage incoming leads from various sources, ensuring they are promptly assigned and followed up by the sales team.
Track and document all lead interactions in the CRM system, providing regular updates to the sales team.
Assist in developing strategies to optimize lead conversion and improve overall sales performance.
Social Media Management:
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and potential leads, responding promptly to engage prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall sales goals and campaigns.
Customer Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
Support the sales team in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with lead generation tools and techniques.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online sales processes.
