Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist at Penji!

Are you a passionate and results-driven individual who thrives in sales? Penji is on the lookout for a motivated Sales Specialist to help us grow our client base through innovative outreach and relationship-building.
This full-time, remote role offers flexibility and an unlimited commission structure, empowering you to shape your own success. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, with a well-deserved lunch break.

What You’ll Do:
• Create and implement strategies to connect with potential clients and key industry players, amplifying Penji’s brand.
• Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with prospective clients to drive sales opportunities.
• Use diverse outreach channels (email, social media, etc.) to build meaningful relationships and close deals.
• Analyze and optimize sales performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team members throughout the sales process.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• A solid understanding of sales strategies and outreach techniques.
• Openness to constructive feedback and adaptability in sales approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client needs and empathy.
• Exceptional comprehension skills to align solutions with client goals.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools, paired with a proactive mindset for achieving targets.
