Are you driven and passionate about sales? Penji is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and help expand our client base through strategic outreach and relationship-building. This full-time, remote position offers a flexible, performance-based income with an unlimited commission structure. You’ll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, with a lunch break included.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to connect with potential clients and key industry stakeholders, enhancing Penji’s brand presence.
• Identify, target, and engage with prospective clients to secure partnerships, collaborations, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct outreach via various channels (email, social media, etc.) to drive client engagement and close sales.
• Track and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of sales and outreach strategies.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and skilled at adapting sales approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
• Strong comprehension skills to understand and align with client needs.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, along with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
