???? The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
This is a remote, part-time role with set hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM–3PM Pacific Time (25 hours/week). You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based marketing manager, handle outbound outreach, and play a crucial role in bringing in new business.

Key responsibilities:

Generate Leads and Make 15 cold calls daily using our company phone system

Perform consistent outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting

Present and sell web design and digital marketing services to prospective clients

Understand client pain points and tailor our solutions to meet their needs

Keep the CRM up-to-date with all activities and deal progress

Collaborate with the team and provide feedback to refine the sales strategy

Remain responsive and engaged during working hours for real-time coordination

? What We’re Looking For
(*** IMPORTANT) We’re not looking for someone to "try" sales—we want a proven sales professional who can drive results from day one.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation

Demonstrated success in cold calling and closing high-ticket deals

Background in marketing agencies or digital service companies (highly preferred)

Solid understanding of web design and digital marketing services (big plus)

Fluent English with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

Self-starter, high-energy, and performance-focused

Comfortable working independently and in sync with a remote team

???? Compensation & Growth
We offer both stability and upside—and real room to grow:

Base Salary: $450/month (Part-time, 25 hours/week)

Commission: 10% on each deal you close (uncapped)

Performance Pathway: Top performers will be offered a full-time role with a base salary of $900/month + 15% commissions
