Job Overview:
Rock My Resume is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone starting their career and eager to grow with the company. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them stand out in the competitive job market. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, building relationships and helping them achieve success with our services. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
* Client Consultation: Understand clients' career needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals, particularly related to resume writing and career services.
* Sales Presentations: Effectively present Rock My Resume’s services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings in a persuasive and clear manner.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
* Sales Tracking & Reporting: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline progress.
* Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth transitions for clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships, answer questions, and encourage client referrals.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and improve overall sales strategy.
* Market Research: Stay updated on job market trends, resume services, and competitors to offer the most relevant and competitive solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally both in writing and verbally.
