Job title: Sales Specialist
Type of employment: Full-time (Remote)
Budget: $5 - $8/hour (Plus commission on closed deals)
Shift Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Time (Can be adjusted to fit the client's schedule)

As a Sales Specialist at Outsource Recruiter, you will focus on conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, closing deals to deliver customized recruitment solutions, and nurturing prospective leads to build lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, qualify leads, and present Outsource Recruiter’s services effectively.
• Develop tailored recruitment solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain engagement with prospective leads through consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
• Collecting comprehensive client information to ensure a seamless handover to the account manager.
• Managing CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with other team members to produce excellent results, embodying our core value of Synergy.


Required skills and qualifications:
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate solutions and build relationships with clients.
• Demonstrates a professional and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport, and leaves a positive impression on clients during discovery calls.
• Proven sales expertise with a track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to identify client challenges and develop tailored solutions with a proactive mindset.
• A customer-focused approach, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ability to assess and evaluate client suitability, including prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
• Adaptable, flexible in adjusting strategies based on feedback, and outcomes.


Preferred skills and qualifications
• Experience in recruitment or outsourcing sales, with familiarity with recruitment processes or outsourced staffing solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM management or ensuring the accurate maintenance of client information.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, particularly Manatal.
• Advanced negotiation skills, with expertise in structuring and closing deals effectively.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude, with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
• A results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding expectations.
• Preference for candidates motivated by a commission-based structure and performance-driven compensation.
