We are looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist with 3+ years of proven sales experience to join our team. This is not an appointment-setting role—this is a real sales position requiring exceptional negotiation, closing skills, and a results-driven attitude. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
CRM Management: Accurately track and manage sales activity in a CRM (experience with GHL is a bonus).
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Atleast 1 year of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM systems (GHL knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
