As a Sales Tea
=========== Primary Responsibilities ================
-Manage client onboarding process, ensuring completion of onboarding milestones as defined per program onboarding SOP.
-Conduct care calls and onboard clients to ensure they have access to all resources, identify potential sales opportunities, and promptly address any concerns.
-Assist clients in accessing relevant courses and private communities.
-Facilitate the signing of sales agreements.
-Ensure clients adhere to the 7-day period.
-Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in all channels, including private communities, text, and
-Spot upsell opportunities in live coaching sessions.
-Submit Sales EODs (End of Day reports).
