Sales Specialist

We are an ecommerce retailer seeking experienced sales agents. Our agents respond to phone calls, text messages, web chats, and emails to assist customers with placing orders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable and confident speaking and selling products over the phone and must have excellent written grammar for email and text. Agents are expected to provide outstanding customer service while maximizing sales and AOV.

A few more details regarding this role:

1. Agents make 2% of sales with no cap on the amount you can make. For example, most agents sales a day are between $1,500 -$2,500 per day which we would pay 2% of so you would earn $30 - $50/day($650 - $1083/month.)
2. 40 hours per week(you would be scheduled 8.5 hours a day x 5 days a week with a 30 minute lunch)
3. Must be friendly, energetic & personable.
4. We operate 365 days a year from 8 am pst(11 pm pht) to 10 pm pst(1 pm pht). In short, we are open 14 hours per.
