We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Revenue Virtual Assistant to help generate, nurture, and convert leads into clients. This role is crucial in supporting revenue growth through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and client engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, can effectively communicate with potential clients, and has a deep understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential leads through organic and paid strategies. Conduct direct outreach via
- Follow-up & Nurturing: Implement structured follow-up sequences to convert warm leads into paying clients. Maintain relationships with existing and past clients to encourage repeat business. Engage with leads through personalized messages,
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns that drive sales
- Win-Back & Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to re-engage inactive clients and former members. Develop and execute loyalty programs or special incentives to increase retention. Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback for business improvements.
- CRM, Funnels & Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize sales funnels to ensure smooth customer journeys. Organize and track leads, prospects, and clients in the CRM system. Ensure all customer data is updated and segmented for better targeting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client retention.
- Strong communication skills with clear and fluent English speaking & writing.
- Hands-on experience with funnels, pipelines, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and Group Track is a major plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:
