JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will specialize in cold outreach, primarily focusing on closing new leads and expanding our customer base through strategic calling efforts. This role is crucial for our company's growth and requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Execution: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients to introduce our products/services, aiming to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.

Sales Conversion: Persuade potential clients to agree to a meeting or demo with our sales team, with the goal of converting these opportunities into sales.

Performance Tracking: Keep accurate records of call activities, including call attempts, conversations, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from potential clients to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings. Regularly report on call activity and sales progress to the sales manager.
