We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Cano Development, a leading web design agency based out of Austin, TX. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our suite of web design services.
Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new leads through various channels such as networking events, cold calling,
Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Conduct Consultative Sales: Listen attentively to clients' requirements, offer expert advice on our web design services, and tailor proposals to address their specific goals and challenges.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project delivery.
Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on market opportunities.
Maintain CRM Database: Record all client interactions, updates, and progress in our CRM system to track sales activities, monitor pipeline, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the web design, digital marketing, or technology sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in web design, digital marketing, or a related industry is a plus.
