Position: Sales Representative
Compensation: $4–$7 per hour (based on experience)

If you have only worked in call centers reading from scripts, this is not the job for you.
We are seeking individuals who can handle objections, close deals, and drive revenue through real engagement with clients.

Responsibilities
*Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on potential leads.
*Engage in meaningful, persuasive conversations with prospects.
*Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
*Negotiate terms and close transactions effectively.
*Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
*Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications
*Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (B2B or B2C).
*Ability to think critically and engage in dynamic conversations.
*Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly adaptable.
*Excellent spoken and written English communication.
*Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
*Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
