Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and spearhead our email and cold-calling outreach efforts for our marketing company (Website Design + Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads). This role is critical in building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for outreach campaigns.

Cold Email Outreach:
- Craft personalized and compelling email campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Track email responses and schedule follow-ups to nurture leads effectively.

Cold Calling:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to initiate contact with potential clients.
- Qualify leads by identifying their needs and aligning them with our services.

Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and progress in a CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and achieved goals.

Relationship Building:
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects through clear, professional communication.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively, providing tailored solutions.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and email outreach (1+ year preferred).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B or service-based environment.

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and email management software.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
