We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive our business growth by targeting property management companies.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative / Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the property management sector. You will utilize various methods, including Google, LinkedIn, and other strategies, to generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to increase our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential property management companies and decision-makers.
- Utilize Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate and qualify leads.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and track outreach efforts.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media engagement.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored cleaning solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the cleaning or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools, including Google and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
