What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in over-the-phone sales, cold calling, and qualifying leads.
Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and create a sense of urgency in the sales process. Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer tailored solutions.
Self-Starter: A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
Customer Focused: Dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional results.
Preferred: Knowledge of HVAC systems or home warranty services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
Qualify leads by assessing needs and providing appropriate recommendations.
Manage a fast-paced sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and a sense of urgency.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
