Nautical Staffing is Looking for a Full-Time Sales Representative(BDR) who will be covering weekends for our client in New York with specialty in the Business Development Industry.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify/disqualify leads and prospects
• Reach out to qualified prospects through outbound & InBound communication
• Set up and attend online appointments and pitch meetings
• Present the company’s services to prospective and existing customers
• Serve as point of contact between the company and the leads/prospects
• Answer customer questions
• Manage the sales pipeline and establish/improve processes
• Coordinate sales efforts and create reports
• Conduct research and analysis of the market’s potential
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends
• Coordinate with the Internal Sales team to closing Leads and developing Sales strategies
• Covering Weekends to ensure "Hot Leads" will be catered to right away for the team.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the sales process is required
• Experience in outbound & inbound sales is required
• Outstanding communication skills are required
• Must be responsive, organized, and unafraid of rejections
• Must be Self-Sufficient to manage workload with minimal Supervision
• Comfortable working during US business hours
• Comfortable to cover workload during Weekends (Friday to Tuesday shifts)
• Must be Technologically Savvy
