Sales Representative & Account Manager Responsibilities:
-Generating leads - identify prospective customers, manage lead generation and conversion
-Negotiating all contracts with prospective and current clients (new contracts and renewals).
-Manage client accounts and grow business over time based on success metrics.
-Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
-Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
-Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
-Understanding and promoting company programs.
-Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
-Reaching out to potential or current clients to uncover needs or promote services.
-Maintaining client records.
-Answering client questions about talent, services, prices, and availability.
Sales Representative Requirements:
-Experience with a Staffing Agency or any of the same kind is a plus
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in generating leads, negotiating contracts, closing sales opportunities and managing accounts
-Proven track record of sales success
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field preferred but not compulsory
-Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
-A commitment to excellent customer service.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
-Experience using sales tools and software
-Experience with business process outsourcing services
-Competency in google suite (gmail, google docs, google sheets)
-Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Setup
- Part time but may develop into Fulltime
- 20 Hours per week flexible time.
- Salary in Canadian Dollar (CAD)
